This is from a series of cat illustrations I made with plays on the word "cat".  At that time I was recovering from a broken leg and had lots of time to muse on things and fool around with some ideas.  There are so many cat or kat words that can come into play.  This particular one is from the fact that cats love to know what you are eating and will jump on the table to investigate.  They will also need taste samples and of course we let them have some.  He sits in the chair for the "master" of the house.
